Warranty and repairs procedure

In case you want to apply for a repair or warranty claim for one of our products, you can contact either the dealer from whom you bought the product, or you can contact us directly. Make sure your claim includes a clear description of the issue. Fill out this form as completely as possible and always add a copy of your invoice or receipt. Before you pack the product to get it ready for shipment, please verify that there’s no personal items left in it. Degreef & Partner cannot be held responsible for loss of personal items left in bags and cases.

Warranty conditions

If a products shows a default within the warranty term, which is not caused by user default, such as dropping or misuse, the buyer is entitled to repair or exchange free of charge. Degreef & Partner determines the way in which the damage will be compensated. The warranty is only applicable to the product distributed by Degreef & Partner. Any claim on damage to other items will be rejected.
